At last, at last, the snow has melted and temperatures are higher. The builders are anxious to catch up on lost time and the site is a flurry of activity with many delivery lorries and a large boom crane lifting materials onto the site. Roof trusses are arriving and are being stacked up pending erection. Deliveries of building materials continue apace. The staircase has also arrived and sits in pieces looking like an overgrown piece of Olympic pedestal at the side of the site. As the roof goes on soon, there will be a need for light inside and for power tools so a large generator awaits offloading on the feeder road. The site buzzes with activity.
