These pictures were taken on 25 February 2004.

Work continues on the walls. The weather has not been kind, the temperature is just above zero and there's a biting cold Northerly wind so bricks and concrete can't be laid. In the meantime, the builders have continued to erect steelwork and you can now see the first floor has been placed, running along the surgery block at at the back of the building. Some work has also been done, during the day whilst the sun briefly raises the temperature, on internal walls.
